The 2nd Annual Innovative Business Models for Not for Profits conference will take place at the Radisson Blu in Sydney 11th-13th May of this year. The event's host, Akolade, is known for organising various conferences, professional training programmes, interactive seminars, and large-scale summits that address issues such as the environment, oil and gas, mining, law and finance.
This conference will feature over 25 expert speakers who possess knowledge of a wide range of topics related to corporate social responsibility. Key speakers include Jason Gerrard, Director of Shared Value for Save the Children Australia, Petra Buchanan, Chief Executive Officer of the McGrath Foundation, and David Crosbie, Chief Executive Officer of the Community Council for Australia.
During the conference there will also be presented case studies, a key panel, focus sessions and a mini-workshop. Through these activities, people will be able to gain knowledge of innovative leadership skills and learn about emerging models that are changing the not for profit sector. In addition, there will be two half-day workshops following the conference to further enhance the experience.
Attendees will include members of not for profits and the organisations that provide services to them, as well as other interested individuals. Those attending the conference can expect to hear about Australia's most innovative projects and campaigns from the key speakers, and learn how to integrate strategies from the conference into their own work.
